Have to say we all had the most absolutely lovely time for my birthday. The place was beautiful and amazing, the scenic little waterfall by the hot tub was fabulous. The little extras like bread eggs and jams were gorgeous! We wish we got to spend more time in the home but the surroundings needed exploring! We had the best weekend of our lives here and are most definitely coming back with our children next time! Thank you so much Vicky!

Loved, loved, loved! Beautiful spacious and comfortable cabin, both inside and outside. The hot tub is a great addition! Well equipped with modern amenities. Affordable as a single traveller but also big enough for a family. Great location near the village and walkable to the beach and train station. Even a small food hamper and necessities provided for my stay. Hopefully will visit again!

Beautiful spot, loads of gorgeous coast within a short drive. Snowdonia in the background when you're on the beach and not too far away to get into the mountains. Quiet and peaceful location, huge decked (dog secure) area , tucked behind a campsite and other by lodges but screened by old oaks and and cleverly positioned so you never feel overlooked and it is still quiet and really private. Hot tub was great when too knackered to do more. House really well equipped with everything you need, cozy rooms and lounge, bathrooms do the job. Handy to have 2 loos with 4 people. Really appreciated the welcome basket with some breakfast groceries to start you off. Bedrooms are quite warm (but skylights open) if it's hot so if you're driving maybe chuck in a fan. Although we did stay in the May 2026 heatwave 26-27c and it was hot everywhere! Would visit again if we can find time. Had a great holiday and the house was what really made it special

We had a wonderful stay at Vicki's place. The lodge was spotless and had absolutely everything you could possibly want for a weekend away. The outdoor space with Jacuzzi was really lovely and we really had the weather for it - we spent most of our time outside. the kitchen was really well equipped and bbq was a great add on, even coal was left for us too. There was also a lovely basket left with local produce such as eggs and bread. The location was great, with a little shop just a 2 minute drive and loads of beaches close by. We would happily stay here again - thank you for a lovely stay!.

This place is brilliant. Immaculate and lots of little extras waiting like milk, bread etc. Robes available for putting in after the hot tub. It was all really good.

The accommodation is absolutely stunning and impeccably clean. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the hot tub was an added luxury. If you’re looking for a flawless, relaxing getaway where the host truly care about the guest experience, look no further, we already planning on next trip.

Beautiful lodge. We were a party of 4, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the log burner made such a cosy, warm atmosphere in the evenings. Outside, there's a spacious garden and decking area right next to a lovely stream - and we absolutely loved using the private hot tub both nights! It was gorgeous! The host was fantastic: super helpful, catered to every need, and communication was brilliant from start to finish. Amazing value for money — we had such a great couple of days! Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing bank holiday weekend away, the lodge is so beautiful and right next a lovely little stream…with the constant sound of running stream, so calming and peaceful. Inside the lodge was equipped with everything, full size kitchen, cozy living room with wood burner to make it even more cosier. The host even left us a pack of eggs, bread and milk to get us going. Brand new BBQ outside on that extra large patio and outside dining table was so useful, we don't need to put music on at all while we eating outside and listening to the sound of water from the stream. Such a lovely little heaven, we will definitely return to this lodge again

We stayed here for 3 nights for my partners birthday. What a beautiful spot; the pictures did not do it justice! Lots of outside space for relaxing after a days hiking in the nearby national park. The hot tub was just what we needed! The property itself is very well kept, well equipped, and the welcome basket with some local produce was a lovely touch. Overall we had a fantastic stay! Definitely will be back!

I must say this was a family break to escape the business of everyday life. This secluded spot was just the job. Beautiful setting listening to the stream waters in the morning and then exploring the picturesque opportunities this location has to offer and then returning to sit in the garden area in the evening. Even better when the sun came out!! All we needed was provided from Vicky and the communication throughout was perfect. I would absolutely recommend Vicky as a host and if you’re looking for a quiet get away to explore this is a perfect location. A wonderful place!

We had the most incredible stay at Streamside this April! The deck by the stream is so peaceful, the cabin was spotless and Vicky could not be more helpful. There was a wee gift basket with cake, marmalade and handy bits to make tea and all other kitchen essentials like oil and teabags were provided! The living room is so cosy with the log burner and there were tons of thoughtful touches throughout like provision of a dog bed and blankets so our little spaniel could snuggle with us on the sofa! The velux windows were a beautiful way to see the stars at night and the hot tub was a real highlight for us as keen hikers and was used every day to soak our legs after our long mountain hikes up Rhinog Fawr (20mins away) and Cadair Idris (35mins away)! We are already talking about when we can come back ?? An 11/10 stay - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Vicky's Airbnb! She is such a lovely and friendly host, and made us feel welcome right from the start.
The location is beautiful, and the place itself is very cosy, clean, and comfortable perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was just as described, and you can really see the care she puts into hosting.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended

My wife, our 3 month old baby, our dog and I spent 3 nights here in March 2026. the cabin was a welcome sight after our journey, and it was well equipped to see us through our first holiday with a baby. The stream out back was lovely & peaceful; the kitchen was large, modern and extremely well equipped; the bedrooms were great, and the living space was comfy and warm. As a host, Vicky is very attentive and responsive to our needs - thanks, Vicky. The cabin is a fantastic base for exploring Snowdonia, the coast & Llyn peninsula. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Chalet, fab location.
Beautiful chalet in a lovely position. Well appointed and the re-fitted kitchen and new decking are a really attractive feature of the property. The heating worked well and there was always plenty of hot water. When we were here the en-suite toilet was leaking and not useable but hopefully that will be fixed next time. In the kitchen, although well equipped, there was no knife block, so nothing to cut vegetables/fruit with, and no potato peeler. These are essentials which should be added. The ground floor shower room is always extremely cold and a wall heater really needs to be added. The new decking is great but there's one small bit which has been left open and this needs to be gated as it makes the area unsafe if you have dogs and/or children. All in all a great place for families, groups or couples, just needs a bit of tweaking to complete it.

Thank you for your review. We had no idea that the en-suite toilet had an issue and we would have been able to fix it quickly had we been notified. We will get onto that straight away. There is a wall heater in the downstairs shower room but the switch is beside the cupboard near the ceiling, well within reach. The gap in the fence will be closed for our next guests as we are aware of the safety issues for dogs and children. The knives are all in the kitchen drawers but we will provide a knife block for better convenience and find the potato peeler for our next guests.
